He completed his physiotherapy education in India and further studied Health & Wellness Promotion at Mohawk College in Ontario. Rahul's professional journey spans two continents, practicing as a physiotherapist in both India and Canada. He has experience in various settings, including multidisciplinary clinics and long-term care facilities, where he has worked with patients of all ages and conditions.Rahul combines hands-on techniques with exercise-based methods to help patients regain mobility and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Saadia completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, before pursuing her Master in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. She graduated in 2014 and has been working in a musculoskeletal setting for the past 8 years. Saadia has extensive experience with treating post-op shoulders, knees, and ankles. She also has a special interest in working with the pediatric population and will be pursuing additional pediatric training.
In her spare time, Saadia enjoys playing tennis, going for walks, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Exercise Prescription
General exercise and conditioning program offered in clinic or offsite at a gym or home.
Manual & Manipulative Therapy
Hands-on treatment approach consisting of graded joint or tissue mobilization and/or manipulation techniques. Foundational manual therapy skills are part of entry to practice training for PTs, DCs and RMTs. Advanced training and credentialing is available in post-graduate areas.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy treatment provided by a registered physiotherapist.
Proprioceptive Neurofacilitation Therapy
A range of manual techniques or approaches used to treat a variety of neurological and neuromusculoskeletal conditions using proprioceptive maneuvers (positioning, compression/distraction, use of reflexes) as well as exteroceptive techniques such as stroking, tapping, brushing, pressure or vibration.
Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation
Clinician has the specialized skills and/or experience to assess & treat a client with a moderate or severe traumatic brain injury .
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy treatment may be provided by any one of the following disciplines; psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical counsellor or social worker.
Pain Management
Multi-disciplinary team of professionals with advanced knowledge, understanding and experience working with patients living with persistent pain. Team consists most often of OT, PT, Kinesiologist/ET and Psychological care provider.
Post COVID-19 Rehabilitation And Recovery
Rehabilitation and recovery services provided by trained clinicians (single discipline or multi/interdisciplinary team) directed at addressing the post-acute and long term rehab needs of those affected by COVID-19 infection and/or the pandemic in general. Trained clinicians must have completed 5 training modules provided by Lifemark and keep up on evidence informed practice in this emerging area.
Functional Dry Needling
Post-graduate training and clinical experience in functional dry needling techniques including indications, contraindications, precautions and safe use of this treatment approach.

The Clinic
Located in the heart of Waterdown, our open-concept clinic allows you easy access to all equipment. Private treatment/assessment rooms are utilized to keep you fully comfortable when discussing your health.
We use several modalities including acupuncture, ultrasound, muscle stimulation, TENS and interferential therapy to help you reach your rehabilitation goals.
We treat many injuries that could fall under the following funding sources: OHIP, Motor Vehicle Accident, WSIB and of course private or extended health benefit packages.
