  • Bob Thomson
    Physiotherapist

    Speaks: English

    Bob was born and raised in Petrolia. He is an alumnus of LCCVI and earned both his kinesiology and physiotherapy (graduated 2010) degrees at the University of Western Ontario. His post-graduate courses include the upper extremity (hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder), lower extremity (knee, hip), concussion management, Level 1 manual therapy, and Level 1 acupuncture.

    Bob is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

  • Stephan Lemak

    Dr. Stephan Lemak was born and raised in Chatham, Ontario and is a graduate of Chatham Kent Secondary School. Following his graduation from the University of Windsor with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois. In 2001, Stephan graduated Magna Cum Lauda with his Doctor of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences.

    Dr. Lemak started practicing in Chatham, Ontario in August of 2001. He is looking to expand his practice and Brights Grove was the ideal opportunity. Dr. Lemak treats all ages of patients, from pediatric to geriatric. He employs a variety of muscle and tendon release techniques followed with active adjustment, with the majority of treatments done by hand. He will treat all situations, from WSIB to Automobile accidents, sports injuries, pregnancy care and other acute or chronic injuries. The primary goal of treatment is relief from pain and restoration of normal functioning. Patients appreciate his approachable demeanor and ability to clearly explain injuries before adjustments occur.

    Dr. Lemak was an avid hockey goalie, until four years ago when knee injuries forced him to stop playing. He still enjoys coaching the game and has done so for 20 years. Currently, Dr. Lemak enjoys golf and running, spending time with his wife and three children as well as his West Highland Terrier.



  • Rachel Richardson
    Massage Therapist

    Speaks: English

    Rachel graduated from University of Windsor in 2017 for Kinesiology and has spent time working alongside Physiotherapy and Chiropractic care to cultivate exercise programs focused on improving daily living.

    To further her skills, Rachel graduated from Fanshawe Massage Therapy Program in 2022. Rachel wants to provide hands on treatment that is evidence based to improve physical function and aid in rehabilitation.

    Rachel’s holistic approach to massage includes, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Facial Therapy, Stretching, Cupping, Sport Massage, Exercise Prescription and more.



  • Ramesh Dutta
    Physiotherapist

    Speaks: Bengali, English, Hindi

    Ramesh holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Recreation Sciences from The University of Manitoba and Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in Delhi, India. He worked in India as a Physiotherapist at an outpatient clinic and hospital for three years. He received a University of Manitoba Graduate fellowship and international graduate student entrance scholarship for his post-graduate studies.

    After graduation from the University of Manitoba, he worked as a physiotherapy assistant for two years in nursing home. He has been with ptHealth for the past couple fo years. 

    In his personal life, Ramesh loves spending time with his family, friends and travelling, and working out.

Our Philosophy

The goal of the team at Sarnia Community Care Physiotherapy - pt Health is to help our clients get well and stay well. Our clinical team work together to help clients recover. Our Physiotherapy and massage therapy treatments focus on exercises, stretches and increasing your function and mobility.

The Clinic

Sarnia Community Care Physiotherapy - pt Health has been in business for more than 15 years. Previously located at Sarnia’s Bayside Mall the clinic opened in our new location at Keelan’s Plaza in November of 2019. We are conveniently located at the corner of Christina Street and Maxwell Street.

The clinic has four private treatment rooms and one spacious massage room. Our open gym and treatment area has two treatment beds, two recumbent style bikes, free weights, pulleys and balance training aids.
