Piotr Sledz
Massage TherapistSpeaks: English, PolishPiotr (Peter) graduated from The Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland. He also graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1998.
He has been very successful treating patients following motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries and sports injuries. He specializes in Swedish Massage, deep tissue massage and trigger point techniques.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and soccer with his son.
Wendy Rolek
Massage TherapistSpeaks: English, PolishWendy graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2000. Her specialties are neck, shoulder, back and hip treatments with the aim of reducing pain and increasing the functionality of the body. Wendy enjoys working with clients and helping them to feel better.
Lazarela Boskovic
Physiotherapy AssistantSpeaks: Croatian, EnglishLazarela has been working as a physiotherapy assistance at Six Points physiotherapy for 17 years. She graduated with a Physiotherapy Assistant degree from Bosnia in 1988 and then became certified in Ontario in 2001.
In her free time, she enjoys baking, gardening and swimming.
Boris Li
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: Cantonese, EnglishBoris graduated from University of Toronto in 2013 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy after earning an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology. Boris is fully certified through McMaster Contemporary Acupuncture and Integrated Dry Needling. He incorporates his training from Active Release Technique (ART®), Fascial Release, Kinesiotaping seminars as part of his treatment approach to maximize your recovery. He continues to upgrade his skill set and is working towards his manual therapy levels from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Boris is a sports enthusiast. He competed in varsity Badminton at York University prior to becoming a physical therapist. With almost a decade of experience treating various injuries, Boris has always maintained his focus on delivering individualized client-centered care. Boris has the ability to make complex concepts about your body easy for you to understand and after diagnosing the root cause of the injury, Boris will work with you to develop a plan to overcome challenges and restore optimal health.
When not at the clinic, you can find Boris spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, and staying active through weight training.
Jane SantiagoFalmarin
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: English, Tagalog (Filipino)Jane Santiago is a physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapists in Ontario. Originally from the Philippines, she graduated from St. Paul University-Iloilo in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She completed Canadian equivalency studies and obtained her independent practice certificate in 2010.
Jane utilizes a multi-faceted approach in treating patients combining education, manual therapy and functional exercises. Jane is passionate and committed to patient-centered care and patient-driven therapy focused in regaining function and improving quality of life. Having the best interest of her patients in mind, she continues to expand her knowledge and skills in patient care through continuing education.
Being community-oriented, Jane is an active member of University of Toronto International Centre for Disability and Rehabilitation – Philippine Working Group. In her free time, she loves to do outdoor activities like trail-hiking with family and friends.
Mehvis Patel
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: English, Gujarati, HindiMehvis Patel earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy from Sumandeep Vidyapeeth University, India, in 2019 and furthered her education with the Physiotherapy in Canadian Health Care System bridging program at the University of Toronto. She brings significant expertise in managing a variety of outpatient musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Mehvis has two years of experience as a Physiotherapist at an outpatient clinic in India, where she adeptly handled pre and post-operative cases involving the knee, hip, and shoulder.
Mehvis is dedicated to an evidence-based and client-centered approach, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs and recovery goals of each client. She remains committed to professional growth through ongoing continuing education, ensuring her practice reflects the latest advancements in patient care.
