  • Michelle Paola
    Massage Therapist

    Speaks: English

    Michelle graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2003, and the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2006 where she spent many hours in hospice work, sports massage and helping people with their current and past injuries. In 2010, Michelle worked with a group of people from a Fibromyalgia group in Waterloo.

    She has been a part of the Stratford pt Health team since 2012. Michelle was voted one of pt Health's most important team members and won a VIP award in 2015. Michelle is happy to help you manage your aches and pains associated with sprains, strains, surgeries, pregnancy, anxiety, depression, headaches, whiplash, fibromyalgia or just for relaxation. Michelle continues to expand on her knowledge of massage and it's effects on the well-being of her clients with continued education.



  • Chad Fink
    Chiropractor

    Speaks: English

    Dr. Chad Fink was born and raised in the small town of Rostock, just north of Stratford. Throughout his youth sports career, Dr. Chad played a variety of sports where he developed an interest in athletics, performance and health. Dr. Chad’s sport of choice is fast pitch softball. Currently, he plays for the Sebringville Sting, but has played and participated in 8 ISC World Championships, two Canadian Championships, and was a member of the 2009 Northwest Territories territorial team that competed at the North American Championship.

    After completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Western University, Dr. Chad attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Dr. Chad was an active member in his class during his time at CMCC, serving as Co-Class President for two years, participating in numerous extracurricular, and winning three academic-based awards. Today, Dr. Chad is a hands-on, diversified practitioner who treats musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on spinal health.

    Treatments can consist of education, manipulation, soft tissue work, acupuncture, and exercise. He is a strong advocate for providing patients with the tools that they require to reach their health and wellness goals. Dr. Chad is a trained Mental Health First Aid provider and a certified Athletic Movement Assessment practitioner. He also completed the Complete Concussion Management course. He continues to participate in educational seminars and courses, and is looking to expand his knowledge in concussion rehabilitation and paediatric chiropractic.



  • Amrinder Kaur

    Amrinder is a graduate from University of Toronto's Ontario Internationally Educated Physical Therapy bridging (OIEPB) program in 2018. Prior to that she completed her Master and Bachelor in Physiotherapy degrees from Guru Nank Dev University in India. She has worked in Women's College Hospital, Toronto and London Health Science Center University Hospital as intern during her clinical placements.

    Amrinder brings her experience gained in acute care setting including stroke unit and outpatient rehabilitation to her current work. She has broad experience in treating clients with a wide variety of neuromuscular and cardiovascular disorders and post-op rehabilitation. In the past, Amrinder has also worked in community care setting and has taught undergraduate Physiotherapy classes in India. She currently works in Stratford. Amrinder provides a patient focused and client centered care and is a very big proponent of educating clients along with the physiotherapy treatment. She develops personalized exercise programs entitled towards meeting client's goals and provides quality care.

    Amrinder is looking forward to getting certified in acupuncture and dry needling and planning to enroll in further courses to supplement her knowledge and experience in patient centred care. Amrinder lives in Stratford with her husband and two sons. She enjoys her free time in classical Indian dance, yoga, cooking and traveling.

    Jennifer Masse is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist, specializing in orthopaedics and pelvic health. She completed her education at the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2005 and a Master of Physical Therapy in 2007. Since then, she has been working in private practice and has continued to advance her skills and knowledge by taking various post-graduate courses.

    Jennifer has a particular passion for pelvic health physiotherapy and has completed numerous courses to help patients with various conditions, including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, rectus diastasis, pelvic girdle pain, pre and postnatal care, sexual dysfunction, and pelvic pain. She is committed to providing personalized care to her patients, creating treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

    When she's not at work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing her personal interests, which include watching movies, reading books, and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She brings the same level of dedication and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her work, and she is committed to living a healthy, active lifestyle.



  • Dharti Patel

    Dharti has completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2017 from South Gujarat University (India) and did her internship practice at various clinical settings. Dharti has completed her post graduation diploma in fitness and health promotion from Conestoga college in 2019. She is currently working as a registered physiotherapist.

    In Canada, Dharti started her professional carrier as a physiotherapy assistant, working with patients with musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiac conditions. Dharti feels improving current state of conditions for patients and also assisting them to live a high quality of life is very important.

    Dharti is very passionate about expanding her knowledge and enhancing her skills. She believes in helping people with all age group. she considers physiotherapy as not a temporary solution whereas a lifestyle that everyone should be living. Her approach is to educate patients about root cause of the problem and provide them effective treatment with friendly approach that encourage active participation of patients.

    Along with her manual therapy skills, Dharti has done advanced certifications in pelvic health, vestibular training using infrared goggles as well as concussion management.

    When not in the clinic, Dharti enjoys playing different sports such as volleyball, roller-skating, swimming etc. She loves to explore different cities, hiking and cycling on her time off.

    Andrea graduated from the occupational/physiotherapy assistant program at Conestoga College in 2011. Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings including orthopedic clinics and nursing homes. She has also worked at Conestoga College for four semesters as a teacher assistant in the OTA/PTA program. Andrea has taken additional courses in soft tissue release and concussion management.

    Sakshi is a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of rehabilitation, including acute and chronic injuries, post-surgical rehab, neurological conditions, pediatrics, women's health, and pre- and post-natal care.

    To enhance her capabilities, Sakshi has pursued extensive training, completing courses in dry needling and pelvic floor therapy, enabling her to address a diverse range of conditions effectively.

Our Philosophy

Stratford Physiotherapy Centre - pt Health in Stratford specializes in physiotherapy, Chiropractic care and massage therapy for all types of clients.

Our enthusiastic and experienced staff includes three physiotherapists, one chiropractor, one massage therapist (RMTs), two physiotherapist assisstants, two care coordinators.

We offer physiotherapy, chiropractic therapy, ocupational therapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture, along with a suite of specialty services including vestibular rehabilitation, concussion care, and men and women's pelvic health physiotherapy.

The Clinic

Our clinic has four curtained physiotherapy treatment beds, plus four private rooms, one massage therapy rooms, and a gym complete with cardio equipment, weights, and functional training equipment.

We provide rehabilitation services for motor vehicle accidents, sport injuries, post-surgical, work-related (WSIB/employer) injuries, private patients, long-term disability, and eligible Community Funded (OHIP) clients.

We can also provide acupuncture services; bracing (custom and non-custom); and custom orthotics. Custom orthotic services are provided by a registered pedorthist.

Our clinic offers OHIP funded physiotherapy services. Funding is provided through the Ontario Community Physiotherapy Program. Patients that meet the criteria for acceptance can be treated at this clinic.
